Vitamin F nourishes and protects our skin. It is used in the treatment of dry, dehydrated, stressed, and sensitive skin, as it supports the skin in restoring and maintaining its natural structure and functionality.

It is also used as a hair balm, as it is proven to protect against breakage and split ends.

Vitamin F is composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from safflower. The proportion of linoleic acid is particularly high.
