Provitamin B5 - D-Panthenol 75% as an additive to your cosmetic products binds water to the epidermis. When D-Panthenol comes into contact with living cells, it transforms into Vitamin B5.

It is soluble in water, alcohol, and glycerin, and is added in the cool phase.

Effects on skin:
