CAUTION: do not confuse with bitter orange (Citrus Aurantium), which has different properties

We use it:
- for digestive problems: constipation, cramps, flatulence, nausea,…
- for wellbeing: against depression, fears, anxiety, to lift mood;
- for calming and better sleep, against tension;
- in diffusers for air purification and refreshing;
- for fluid retention: lymph, cellulite, swelling;
- to boost the immune system: preventively, at the onset of illness or for faster recovery.

NOTE: Sweet orange essential oil is not phototoxic (essential oils of other citrus fruits are).
Special warnings: If oxidised, may irritate skin. Citrus oils are susceptible to faster oxidation, so store
them in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Aromatic spray for sweet sleep (for children)
30 ml distilled water
2 drops EO sweet orange
2 drops EO lavender
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and roll between your hands (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of distilled water, close tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Spray around the children's room or on bedding every evening before bed. Shake well before use!
