Sesame oil BIO - cold pressed

Sesame oil absorbs quickly into the skin, keeping it soft, smooth, and supple. It is especially recommended for teenagers with oily and problematic skin, as it does not clog pores, prevents the formation of pimples, and inhibits the accumulation of bacteria in the sebaceous glands. Sesame oil dissolves the oils on the skin and thus removes them, while also binding toxins and removing blackheads.

As a natural antioxidant, sesame oil neutralises the action of free radicals and thus slows down the ageing process. The oil contains a wealth of amino acids, essential fatty acids, natural waxes, vitamins A, B, and E, and essential minerals — calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. Sesame oil contains the natural antioxidant sesamol, which increases the shelf life of the oil and thereby preserves its active compounds that nourish and protect the skin.

Sesame oil combined with olive oil beneficially nourishes the hair and scalp. To combat dandruff, massage sesame oil into the scalp and leave it to work overnight, then rinse it out in the shower in the morning. Repeat the treatment daily for a period of one month.

Sesame oil also has antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it excellent in the fight against fungi.

For massage it is usually blended with other carrier oils. Natural sesame oil is also suitable for caring for baby skin.

The oil is  obtained by cold-pressing sesame seeds and refined.
