Peach kernel oil

Peach kernel oil is a good source of minerals and vitamins, especially vitamins E and A. It is pale golden in colour and even lighter than almond oil, so it can be confidently used on skin prone to clogged pores. The oil is excellent for itchy skin resulting from eczema, for example. It is suitable for sensitive, dry, tired and mature skin. In most cases it is used as a standalone massage oil (including for the face) and as such is an ingredient in many nourishing creams for adults, baby creams and lotions.

It is also an excellent alternative for people who are allergic to nuts and cannot use almond oil, peanut oil or hazelnut oil, for example. The oil has a similar composition to apricot kernel oil.
