Watermelon seed oil

Almost two thirds of the oil consists of doubly unsaturated linoleic acid, followed by oleic, palmitic
and stearic acid. Among the unsaponifiable matter, it contains a small proportion of phytosterols and tocopherols.

Stability and heating: Based on its composition, watermelon oil is classified among unstable oils with a shorter
shelf life. We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place. Use it in a smaller proportion in products
and protect it with antioxidants. It is best not to heat it.

Oil properties: Watermelon oil is used primarily for mature, oily, and acne-prone skin. It has
anti-inflammatory, regenerative, and antioxidant properties.

Use in: The oil is suitable for use in creams, lotions, serums, and other cosmetic products
