Wheat germ oil - unrefined

Wheat germ oil is thick and yellow to dark brown in color with a mild scent. It is an exceptionally rich natural source of vitamin E (it contains more than any other vegetable oil) and essential fatty acids (palmitic, oleic, stearic, and omega), which is why it is often added to other, less stable oils, extending their shelf life and stability.

Wheat germ oil is widely used in cosmetics as its application regenerates skin cells, protects and moisturizes the skin, smooths fine lines, softens the skin and makes it supple and elastic again; on the scalp, the oil stimulates healthy hair growth, and it also helps alleviate the symptoms of dermatitis and psoriasis. It also actively aids in the healing of minor burns.

Wheat germ oil is especially beneficial and suitable for dry, mature, and wrinkled skin.
Vitamin E in the oil acts as a powerful antioxidant and prevents the harmful effects of free radicals, thereby inhibiting the aging process and keeping skin vital and healthy.

Store the oil in a cool, dark place, preferably in the refrigerator, as it is very sensitive to higher temperatures.

Recipe: mix one teaspoon of wheat germ oil, a teaspoon of castor oil, and approximately 50 ml of almond or sunflower oil. Gently massage the mixture into the affected area.
