Cocoa butter protects and shields the skin, strengthens its natural defences, and promotes its renewal. African women have been using cocoa butter for centuries to care for their bodies and protect their skin against various weather conditions (sun, cold, and wind).

Cocoa butter is rich in nutrients, vitamin E, and powerful antioxidants that neutralise free radicals and protect the skin from premature ageing and environmental damage. The butter absorbs deeply, prevents moisture loss, additionally hydrates the skin, and maintains its elasticity while restoring softness. It has a pleasant, aromatic scent.

It reduces the signs of dry and cracked skin, smooths fine lines, and the beneficial compounds in cocoa protect and nourish skin exposed to the sun. Thanks to its unique properties, it also helps maintain and prolong a tan and contributes to an even skin tone. Cocoa butter does not contain a sun protection factor.
