Damask rose hydrosol

Description and effects: Obtained by steam distillation of the petals of Damask roses. The hydrosol has an intoxicating, delicate rose scent that calms, restores energy, brings joy and eases stress or depression. Spray it on your skin and you will have an excellent natural perfume or deodorant. It is very effective as a tonic or facial mist for all skin types, and is particularly suitable for dry or mature skin, damaged, wrinkled skin, or skin affected by the sun. It is also recommended for colds, mouth ulcers and stress, as it calms an overloaded mind. It restores moisture, vitality and radiance and helps prevent the formation of premature wrinkles. It softens facial lines and reduces redness. Mix it into your natural lotion or shower gel for extra moisture and a pleasant scent, or spray onto freshly washed hair for a natural shine.

In general, rose hydrosol is known to act as antifungal, anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiviral, bactericidal, circulatory-calming, balancing, decongestant and revitalising.

Instructions for use: Shake before use. Facial cleansing: Moisten a cotton pad with the hydrosol and cleanse the facial skin with circular movements, repeat as needed. Tonic/facial mist: Spray onto cleansed facial skin before applying moisturising cream. Take care to avoid contact with eyes. Repeat several times a day as needed for refreshment. Face mask: Mix with clay and apply to the cleansed face. Leave on for 10 – 15 minutes, rinse with water, moisten the skin with the hydrosol and apply a moisturising cream or vegetable oil. Bath: Pour some hydrosol into a tub filled with water and enjoy its beneficial effects. Hair care: Spray onto freshly washed hair and massage into the scalp. No rinsing required. Storage: Store hydrosols in a dark, cool place, ideally in the refrigerator, as this effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria that might develop over time. After opening, use the hydrosol within six months.

When ordering a hydrosol in a bottle with a spray pump, the pump is included separately. If it were attached during transport, leakage of liquid could occur. In this way we ensure that you receive the product without any losses and in perfect condition.
