Anti-anxiety and nervousness blend
8 drops EO spearmint
2 drops EO patchouli
7 drops EO bergamot
10 drops EO mandarin
Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a 5 ml dark glass bottle, seal tightly, label, and store
in a cool, dark place.
Use: Add a few drops of the blend to a diffuser/vaporizer. Enjoy the relaxation :)
The blend is useful for nervousness, depression, calming, and grounding.
