Countries of origin: Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Bulgaria, Turkey (our essential oil comes from Spain)
Method of extraction: steam distillation of flowers and leaves

We use it:
- for fungal infections, athlete's foot, skin diseases, dermatitis,…
- for bacterial infections: ears, nose, throat, digestion, genitals,…
- for spasms: abdomen, cough, colic, menstruation,…
- for skin: scars, spots and blemishes, chickenpox, wounds,…
- for women's problems: regulates the menstrual cycle, helps with headache, nausea, fatigue,
depression, mood swings,…
- for skin problems: dermatitis, herpes, psoriasis,…
- for respiratory problems: cough, colds, inflammation,…
- to stimulate the cardiovascular system, kidneys, spleen, lymphatic system, and heart.
Methods of use: in ointments, massage oils, in evaporators/diffusers, for inhalations,…
Special warnings: May be neurotoxic. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use in concentrations of up to 0.4% only.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Antifungal foot bath
1 drop EO sage
2 drops EO tea tree
1 drop EO lemongrass
Preparation and use: Drop the essential oils onto salt, mix well, and add to the bath. Soak feet
for 10–15 minutes at least 3 times per week.
