reduces the formation of mucus in the nose;
- acts against viruses and inflammation, boosts the body's immune defences,…
- for improved lymphatic flow and in cases of swollen lymph nodes;
- for muscle and joint pain: rheumatism, arthritis,…

- after a prolonged illness as support for the immune system.

oxidation, so store them in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.
