We use it:

- to improve mood, against depression and nervousness;
- for detoxification and elimination of excess water from the body;

Special warnings: May irritate the skin and can be toxic. It may inhibit blood clotting, so it should not be used by people taking anticoagulants. It must not be used before any surgical procedure. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with children.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for better immune resistance
30 ml carrier oil
1 drop EO birch
3 drops EO Roman chamomile
3 drops EO lavender
1 drop EO peppermint
Preparation: In a dark 30 ml bottle, combine the essential oils, top up with carrier oil (e.g. jojoba, almond), label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: During cold season, apply 1–2 times daily to the chest and soles of the feet. Massage in.
