We use it:
- for stress, nervousness, insomnia, fears, nervous tension;
- to relieve various types of pain: sore muscles, headaches, rheumatic pain, spasms (colic,
menstrual cramps, digestive issues, spasmodic cough);
- for burns, abrasions, wounds, insect bites;
- for skin care (acne, irritated skin, everyday care);
- for colds, flu, sinus, ear and throat infections
Methods of use: in baths, massage oils, creams and lotions, ointments, inhalations,…
Special warnings: No special warnings (not toxic, does not irritate skin).

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for a sprained ankle
6 drops EO French lavender
6 drops EO rosemary
4 drops EO immortelle
2 drops EO peppermint
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and roll between your hands (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of a base cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba), close tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Massage a few ml of the blend (in the base oil) into the painful area using circular movements. Repeat at least 3 times daily.
