We use it:
- for calming and grounding, for stress, depression, anxiety and tension;
- for inflammation of the urinary bladder and tract, and for prostate problems;
- for respiratory issues: cough, sinus inflammation, bronchitis, ear inflammation,…
- for the care of all skin types (especially dry, dehydrated and cracked);
- for pain and inflammation: sciatica, lower back pain and nerve inflammation,…
- against stagnation of venous and lymphatic flow: for varicose veins, swollen and tired legs, swollen lymph nodes, hemorrhoids,…
- in natural perfumes and colognes.
Methods of use: in massage oils, creams and lotions, for inhalations, in ointments, in natural perfumes,…
Special warnings: Skin reactions may occur (very rarely). For dermal use, apply up to a max of 2%.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Anti-anxiety blend
15 drops EO sandalwood
5 drops EO bergamot
3 drops EO lavender
2 drops EO Roman chamomile
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a 5 ml dark glass bottle, seal tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: The blend is suitable for anxiety, calming, depression and mood elevation. Drop a few drops of the blend into a diffuser/burner, or place 1 drop on a paper tissue and inhale.
