Special warnings: Use only in cases of acute need and for short periods only. Concentration should not exceed 0.1%. May be carcinogenic, promotes blood clotting. Use above daily levels may cause liver damage. Do not use during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for severe digestive cramps
30 ml base vegetable oil
1 drop EO tarragon
7 drops EO Roman chamomile
4 drops EO marjoram
3 drops EO lavender
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between your palms (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of base cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba), seal tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: apply to the abdominal area and massage in. Apply up to 4 times daily until the cramps subside, or for a max of 4 days.
