Uses:

Methods of use: in massage oils, in ointments, creams and lotions, for inhalation, in diffusers/vaporisers,…
Special warnings: Interactions may occur with certain medications used concurrently. Tisserand and Young recommend a max. dermal application of 1.9%.

Therapeutic blend for the cold and flu season
10 drops myrtle essential oil
8 drops tea tree essential oil
8 drops eucalyptus globulus essential oil
10 drops ravintsara essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil
Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a small dark bottle. Close tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Drop a few drops of the blend into a vaporiser or diffuser. Repeat 2–3 times daily during the cold and flu season.
