Countries of origin: Spain, Ethiopia, S Africa, Iran,… (our essential oil comes from Spain)

Predominant chemical families: sesquiterpenes
Warning: Myrrh oil is very thick or resinous (approximately like honey) and therefore difficult to pour from the bottle. Customers help themselves with gentle warming (for example in a trouser pocket at body temperature :), toothpicks, sticks, etc.
Uses:
- for mature skin care and wrinkles;
- for regeneration: for pressure sores, wounds, hemorrhoids, eczema, for anti-aging care;
- in cases of respiratory problems accompanied by cough, asthma, bronchitis, colds, flu;
- for fungal conditions: candida, athlete's foot,…
- for urinary tract infections, menstrual problems, prostate issues,…
- for digestive problems: bloating, diarrhea, improves appetite;
- for calming, during meditation and for insomnia.
Methods of use: in massage oils, ointments, creams and lotions, for inhalations, in evaporators/diffusers,…
Special warnings: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Tonic for mature skin
50 ml lavender hydrolate
50 ml neroli hydrolate
3 drops EO myrrh
3 drops EO frankincense boswellia
3 drops EO sandalwood
Preparation: Combine the hydrolates (you may also use another one suitable for your skin type if you wish) in a suitable bottle and add the essential oils.
Use: After cleansing the skin, mist the face with the tonic and continue with moisturizing care. Shake well before each use!
