Uses:
-for respiratory problems: bronchitis, colds, chronic cough, asthma, throat inflammation;
-antiviral: herpes;
-for stress: nervous tension, insomnia, has a relaxing effect, improves mood;
-menstrual problems: cramps, migraines, nausea;
-allergic inflammations: insect bites, asthma (resulting from various allergies), itching and other allergic reactions.

Special warnings: Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 2 years of age.
May cause hypersensitivity reactions on the skin. Do not apply to damaged skin.

Calming massage blend
18 ml jojoba oil (or another base oil without scent)
2 ml melissa essential oil in jojoba oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
Preparation: Combine the ingredients in a 20 ml dark bottle. Close tightly, label and store in a
cool dark place.
