Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Gel for inflamed skin
50 g aloe vera gel
8 drops EO lavender
8 drops EO manuka
7 drops EO thyme (chemotype thymol)
4 drops EO Roman chamomile
2 drops EO immortelle
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into the aloe vera gel and mix well. Fill a pump bottle and store in a dark, cool place.
Use: Apply the gel to the affected area several times daily.
