Special warnings: If oxidised, it may irritate the skin. Citrus oils are prone to faster oxidation, so
store them in a cool and dark place, tightly closed.

Blend for colds and flu (for children)
10 drops EO red mandarin
10 drops EO sandalwood
10 drops EO Roman chamomile
10 drops EO bergamot
Preparation: Add the essential oils to a dark 5 ml bottle, close tightly, label, and store in a
cool and dark place.
Use: Add a few drops of the blend to the water in a diffuser or evaporator. Use regularly throughout the day,
as the blend disinfects the air, has a positive effect on mood, and is calming.
