Uses:

- for respiratory problems: allergies, sneezing, mucus congestion, flu, bronchitis, sinusitis,
throat and ear inflammation,…

- for injuries: ligaments, muscles, sprains, bruises;
- for digestive problems: bloating, inflammation, infections, indigestion, food poisoning,
also stimulates appetite;
- for regulating liver and kidney function;
- for regeneration: wounds, acne, ulcers, psoriasis, measles, chickenpox, pressure sores;
- for oral problems: aphthous ulcers, periodontitis, wounds after tooth extraction,…
- during recovery from illness, as it accelerates the restoration of all bodily functions.

natural cleaners,…

Special warnings: May irritate skin and mucous membranes. Do not apply to sensitive or damaged skin. Not
suitable for children under 2 years of age. In younger children it may cause breathing difficulties. For
dermal use do not use at a concentration greater than 0.5%.

Allergens: linalool, limonene, geraniol, eugenol

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:

Sinus cleansing blend

500 ml vinegar
3-4 L water
3 drops EO laurel
6 drops EO cypress
10 drops EO tea tree
5 drops EO eucalyptus globulus
3 drops EO rosemary

Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a dark 5 ml bottle and store in a cool, dark place.

Use: Prepare a large bowl, fill it with hot (but not boiling) water, add 1 drop of the blend, lean over
the bowl and cover your head with a towel. Keep your eyes closed, breathe slowly and
deeply. Inhale for 5-10 minutes.
