Uses:
- in natural repellents (one of the most effective EOs for this purpose!);
- for fungal conditions;
- for injuries: muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones;
- for fever and inflammation, as it has a cooling effect;
- for air disinfection, as it has antibacterial properties;
- for digestive issues: gas, cramps, bloating, regulates digestion.
Methods of use: in ointments, massage oils, in vaporizers/diffusers, in natural repellents,…
Special warnings: If oxidized, it may cause skin irritation. Use in concentrations below 0.7%.
Do not use during pregnancy or on children under 2 years of age. Do not use on sensitive or
damaged skin.
Allergens: geranial and neral (citral), geraniol, linalool
Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Liquid hand sanitizing soap
250 ml castile soap (prepared base)
15 drops EO lemongrass
20 drops EO peppermint
5 drops EO tea tree
30 drops EO lime
Preparation: Pour the liquid castile soap and essential oils (ideally alternating) into a jug with a funnel. Stir well
and transfer into a pump bottle.
Use: Use the soap as normal. The blend has antibacterial properties and sanitizes excellently. It also
refreshes and lifts the mood :)
