We use it:

- for respiratory infections: flu, colds, bronchitis, sore throat,…

- for natural cleaning: disinfecting floor surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen sinks,…

- for various types of pain: muscles, rheumatism, arthritis,…

- in anti-cellulite products;

- for oily skin, acne and oily scalp

- to improve concentration and boost mental performance;

- for wellbeing: against depression, to lift mood;

- in diffusers for air purification and refreshing;

Methods of use: in diffusers/vaporisers, in massage oils, creams and lotions, shampoos, …

Special warnings: Phototoxic (avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours). If oxidised, may irritate skin. Citrus oils are susceptible to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.

Allergens: limonene, linalol, geranial and neral (citral)

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:

Citrus liquid soap

250 ml castile liquid soap (ready-made base)

25 drops EO lemon

20 drops EO grapefruit

20 drops EO lime

10 drops EO sweet orange

Preparation: Pour the castile liquid soap into a measuring cup with a funnel and add the essential oils (ideally alternating). Mix well and pour into a pump bottle.

Use: Use the soap as normal. The blend has antibacterial properties and disinfects excellently. It has a fresh citrus aroma and lifts mood.
