We use it:

- for respiratory infections: flu, colds, bronchitis, sore throat,…

- for natural cleaning: disinfecting floor surfaces, bathroom, sink,…

- for various pains: muscles, rheumatism, arthritis,…

- in anti-cellulite products;

- for oily skin, acne, and oily scalp

- for better concentration and increased mental capacity;

- for wellbeing: against depression, to lift mood;

- in vaporisers for air disinfection and freshening;

Methods of use: in vaporisers/diffusers, in massage oils, creams and lotions, shampoos, …

Special warnings: Phototoxic (do not expose to sunlight for at least 12 hours). If oxidised, it can irritate the skin. Citrus oils are subject to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool and dark place, tightly closed.

Allergens: limonene, linalool, geranial and neral (citral)

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:

Citrus liquid soap

250 ml Castile liquid soap (prepared base)

25 drops EO lemon

20 drops EO grapefruit

20 drops EO lime

10 drops EO sweet orange

Preparation: Pour the liquid Castile soap and essential oils (ideally alternating) into a beaker with a funnel. Mix well and transfer into a pump bottle.

Use: Use the soap as normal. The blend has antibacterial properties and disinfects excellently. It has a fresh citrus aroma and lifts the mood.
