Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Pain-relief blend for arthritis and rheumatism
15 ml calendula oil (macerate)
15 ml St. John's wort oil (macerate)
3 drops essential oil of turmeric
5 drops essential oil of lavender
3 drops essential oil of juniper
3 drops essential oil of immortelle
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle, rub between the palms (mix well), and add the macerates. Store the blend in a cool, dark place.
Use: Gently massage onto the affected areas up to 3 times daily.
