Natural anhydrous caffeine is obtained during the decaffeination of green coffee beans. It is a white powder with no odour, free from chemical additives and solvent residues.

Caffeine is an absolute multi-talent in cosmetic applications. It provides cells with a good supply of oxygen and nutrients, ensuring an energy input for them. Caffeine influences microcirculation and acts as a natural stimulant for skin and hair. It stimulates blood circulation, accelerates the removal of fluid from tissue, promotes lipolysis (fat breakdown), encourages hair growth, and reduces excessive hair loss.

It is used in skin care for cellulite (reduces the unpleasant skin dimples caused by cellulite — smooths the skin), dark circles under the eyes, and is suitable for the care of mature and tired skin, as well as for excessive hair loss. It also acts by accelerating the penetration of other cosmetically active ingredients (e.g., anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle ingredients) through the skin layers. Due to its stimulating properties and natural origin, caffeine is ideal for use in natural cosmetics.
