Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for easier breathing
10 drops EO cajeput
5 drops EO tea tree
10 drops EO thyme chemotype linalool
5 drops EO lemon
8 drops EO camphor
Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a small (5 or 10 ml) dark bottle. Drop a few drops of the blend into a diffuser/vaporiser or add to an unscented lotion and apply to the chest, neck, and under the nose. Repeat 2-3 times daily.
