We use it:

- for relieving pain and cramps;
- for making homemade cleaning products.
Methods of use: inhalations, in diffusers/vaporizers, in massage oils, ointments, natural cleaning products,…
Special warnings: If oxidized, it can irritate the skin and cause contact dermatitis and eczema. Essential oils from conifers are subject to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for disinfecting and refreshing a room
15 drops EO Siberian fir
15 drops EO Himalayan cedar
15 drops EO cypress
15 drops EO juniper
15 drops EO pine
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 5 ml bottle and rub between your hands (mix well). Seal tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Drop 5 – 10 drops of the blend into a diffuser and add water. Enjoy the fresh scent :)
