We use it:

Special warnings: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in cases of endometriosis or estrogen-related cancer. Do not use on children under 5 years of age. May irritate skin, so use at under 2% is recommended.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for a sore stomach
30 ml base vegetable oil
1 drop EO sweet anise
4 drops EO Roman chamomile
3 drops EO lavender
5 drops EO bergamot
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and roll between your hands (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of a base cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba), close tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: apply to the abdominal area and massage in. Apply as needed.
