Blend for chronic arthritis and rheumatism
25 ml St. John's wort macerate
25 ml calendula macerate
3 drops EO ginger
4 drops EO helichrysum
3 drops EO juniper
7 drops EO lavender
4 drops EO Roman chamomile
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 50 ml bottle and rub between your hands (mix well). Add the St. John's wort and calendula macerates, close tightly, label, and store
in a cool, dark place.
Use: Apply the blend to the painful areas and massage in well. Use 1–3 times daily or as
needed.
