- digestive issues: constipation, cramps, flatulence, nausea,…
- well-being: against depression, fears, anxiety, to lift the mood;
- calming and better sleep, against tension;
- in diffusers for air purification and refreshment;
- in cases of fluid retention: lymph, cellulite, swelling;
- boosting the immune system: preventively, at the onset of illness or for faster recovery.

Special warnings: Unlike sweet orange, bitter orange essential oil is phototoxic,

prone to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool, dark place, tightly closed.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Winter blend for diffuser
4 drops EO bitter orange
2 drops EO pine/spruce/fir
1 drop EO nutmeg
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between your hands (mix
well). Add approx. 30 ml of distilled water, close tightly, label and store in a
cool, dark place.
Use: Add the essential oils to a vaporizer or diffuser and leave for 30–45 minutes. The blend will work to
improve mood while also purifying the air in the room.
Read the label carefully before use and follow the instructions for use!
