Blend for a better mood
1 drop EO geranium
3 drops EO bergamot
4 drops EO grapefruit/sweet orange
Preparation: Combine the essential oils and add them to the water in a vaporiser/diffuser. If desired, you can also blend the essential oils into 30 ml of a carrier oil (e.g. jojoba or almond) or an unscented cream or lotion.
