Uses:
- for respiratory infections: promotes mucus drainage from the throat and lungs and helps break it down, supports expectoration;
- for arthritis and rheumatism, painful and swollen joints;
- psychologically it provides support, grounds and strengthens;
- in making natural perfumes as a base note (more masculine scent).

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for rheumatoid arthritis
15 ml calendula oil (macerate)
15 ml St. John's wort oil (macerate)
5 drops EO Himalayan cedar
4 drops EO rosemary
3 drops EO lavender
2 drops EO clove
3 drops EO German chamomile
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and roll between your palms (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of calendula and St. John's wort macerate (pure olive oil may also be used), seal well, label, and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Massage the required amount of the oil blend into the painful joints. Repeat several times a day.
