NOTE: Bergamot essential oil is generally the most phototoxic of all citrus oils, however our bergamot does not contain bergapten, making it safe to use.
Special warnings: If it oxidises, it can irritate the skin. Citrus oils are prone to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool and dark place, tightly sealed.
Allergens: limonene, linalool, geranial (citral)
Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend against abdominal and menstrual cramps
5 drops EO French lavender
5 drops EO Roman chamomile
3 drops EO bergamot
2 drops EO ylang ylang
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between your hands (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of base cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba), seal tightly, label, and store in a cool and dark place.
Use: Massage a few ml of the blend (in the base oil) into the painful area with circular movements. Repeat several times daily.
Read the label carefully before use and follow the usage instructions!
