SunCool – Aloe Vera Gel for Instant Cooling
Ingredients for 100 g

Aloe vera juice or distilled water – 86 g

Glycerin – 3 g

Propanediol – 3 g (helps dissolve menthol and moisturizes the skin)

Menthol crystals – 0.5 g (pleasant cooling effect without a burning sensation)

Panthenol – 2 g (supports skin recovery)

Allantoin – 0.3 g (helps soothe redness)
-
Bisabolol – 0.2 g (helps reduce irritation)

Xanthan gum – 0.3 g (for thickening the gel)

Cosgard – 0.8 g (preservative)
Method

Dissolve the menthol in propanediol and stir until the mixture becomes clear.

Mix the xanthan gum with glycerin to prevent lumps.

In a larger container, combine the aloe vera or water with the glycerin and xanthan mixture. Stir well until a gel forms.

Add panthenol, allantoin and bisabolol.

Stir in the dissolved menthol.

Finally, add Cosgard and mix thoroughly once again.

Transfer into clean packaging, such as an airless pump bottle or jar.
Use
After showering, apply a thin layer to sun-exposed or irritated skin. The gel absorbs quickly and provides a pleasant cooling sensation. For an even more refreshing effect, you can store it in the refrigerator before use.
Warning
For external use only. Do not apply to the eyes, lips or damaged skin. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
Tip for a Complete After-Sun Set
Gel: use immediately after returning home for fast cooling.
