SunCare – Rich Cream

Ingredients for 100 g

Phase A – Water Phase

• Aloe vera juice – 50 g

• Distilled water – 10 g

• Glycerin – 3 g

• Xanthan gum – 0.3 g

Phase B – Oil Phase

• Shea butter – 10 g

• Coconut oil – 8 g

• Almond oil – 8 g

• Cetearyl alcohol – 2 g (for structure)

• Emulsifier, e.g. Olivem 1000 or Montanov 68 – 3 g

Phase C – Cool-Down and Regenerating Phase

• Menthol crystals – 0.5 g

• Propanediol – 2 g (to dissolve the menthol and provide hydration)

• Panthenol – 2 g

• Bisabolol – 0.4 g

• Cosgard – 0.8 g

Method

1. Phase A: Combine the aloe vera juice, water and glycerin. Pre-mix the xanthan gum with the glycerin to prevent lumps, then heat the phase to approximately 70 °C.

2. Phase B: Heat the oils, shea butter, cetearyl alcohol and emulsifier to approximately 70 °C until all ingredients are completely melted.

3. Add Phase B to Phase A and blend thoroughly with a homogenizer or stick blender.

4. Once the emulsion has cooled below 40 °C, add the menthol dissolved in propanediol, panthenol, bisabolol and preservative.

5. Mix until the cream is smooth, then transfer into clean packaging.

Use

After showering, apply to sun-exposed skin. The cream provides a pleasant cooling sensation while intensely nourishing the skin and supporting its recovery.
