Athlete – this combination of oils was created to help soothe your muscles and joints after intense exercise, training, a full day on your feet, or hard work. The oils penetrate deep beneath the skin, where they calm and warm aching muscles and joints. Do not apply the essential oil blend undiluted; instead, prepare a 3% mixture of essential and carrier oils. Use the massage oil created this way to massage the affected area. You can also add a few drops to a relaxing bath after exercise or strenuous work.
