Confidence - essential oil blend

The blend contains ginger (Zingiber Officinalis), lemon (Citrus Limonum), lime (Citrus Aurantifolia), peppermint (Mentha Arvensis) and ylang ylang (Cananga Odorata).

The diluted blend can be applied to the soles of the feet and the back of the neck. It can also be used in diffusers. Always dilute with a carrier oil or some skin cream before applying to the skin.

Never use pure essential oils on skin without dilution, never use internally, keep away from children and eyes, always check whether there are any health conditions that could cause problems.
