Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for an inflamed baby's bottom
20 g shea butter
3-5 g beeswax (depending on the hardness of the wax and the texture of the ointment you want)
20 g calendula macerate
5 g 3% Roman chamomile essential oil in jojoba oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
Preparation: Place the beeswax and butter in a double boiler until melted. Add the macerate and chamomile extract in jojoba oil and stir (the mixture should be liquid). Add the essential oil, stir, and pour into suitable packaging. Cover with a paper towel and wait for it to cool before sealing.
Use: Apply the ointment in a thin layer to the affected area up to 3 times daily.
