Calendula ointment making kit

The power of calendula has been known for centuries. Calendula ointment is primarily suitable for soothing problems associated with inflamed or dry skin, such as abrasions, various burns, dry eczema, nipple inflammation in breastfeeding mothers (harmless to the baby)...
It can also be used effectively for fungal conditions, vein inflammation, ulcers, and varicose veins.
We particularly recommend applying the balm to slightly damp skin, especially after bathing or showering.

Package contains (for approximately 200 ml of finished product):

- 14 g beeswax

- 150 g calendula macerate with added vitamin E

- 5 ml lavender essential oil

- 2 x PET jar with aluminum lid 100 ml

RECIPE:

Melt the beeswax in the calendula macerate over a double boiler. Once the wax has melted, whisk the mixture. Near the end, add 20 drops of lavender essential oil. Pour into containers. 

When stored properly (in a dark, cool place), the ointment is usable until the expiry date of the calendula macerate.
