3 drops EO patchouli
8 drops EO bergamot
8 drops EO sweet orange
3 drops EO melissa
3 drops EO lavender
Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a 5 ml dark glass bottle, close tightly, label, and store in a
cool, dark place.
Use: Add a few drops of the blend to a diffuser/vaporizer. You can also make an inhaler that you can
carry with you at all times.
