Olivem 900

It is a natural emulsifier derived from olive oil and suitable for making W/O (water-in-oil) emulsions. Approved by Ecocert and Cosmos standards.

The emulsifier is ideal for making rich, nourishing emulsions and creams that leave a protective film on the skin.

It is used to make creams for extremely dry skin or skin that needs protection (wind, cold, external factors), e.g. »cold creams« (Galen's cream), creams for inflamed baby bottom, creams for the care of damaged and inflamed skin, creams for skin with a disrupted lipid barrier (dermatitis, etc.).

Soluble: in the oil phase at 65-75° C
