We use it:
- for colds, flu, and respiratory system inflammations: expels mucus, helps with
coughing,…
- for reducing muscle cramps and pain, and tension headaches:
- when we need to boost immune resistance;
- in the case of fungal infections on the feet, skin, scalp,…
- for disinfecting hands, wounds, abrasions, calluses, herpes,…
- for caring for inflamed skin and regeneration: in the case of acne, cuts, burns, infections.
Methods of use: in ointments, creams and lotions, for inhalations, in soaps and shampoos, massage oils,…
Special warnings: Do not apply near the face of infants and children, as it can cause breathing difficulties. Due to the high content of 1,8-cineole it is not suitable for use with young children (3 years and under) or during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for a sore throat
10 ml base oil
3 drops EO niaouli
3 drops EO sandalwood
2 drops EO frankincense (boswellia)
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark bottle and rub between your hands (mix well).
Top up with the base oil (e.g. almond, jojoba,…) and store in a dark and cool place.
Use: Apply a few drops of the massage oil to the throat area and gently massage in. Repeat as
needed or several times daily.
