Countries of origin: Španija, Francija, S Afrika, Bolgarija (our essential oil comes from Spain)
Extraction method: steam distillation of flowers and leaves

We use it:

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for digestive cramps
30 ml carrier oil
2 drops EO sweet marjoram
5 drops EO lavender
8 drops EO bergamot
3 drops EO Roman chamomile
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between your hands (mix well). Add approx. 30 ml of a cold-pressed base vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba), close tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Apply as needed (up to 3x daily) during periods of discomfort.
