Extraction method: cold pressing of fresh peel

Uses:

- for respiratory infections: flu, colds, bronchitis, sore throat,…

- for oily skin, acne, and inflamed skin;

- during colds and flu;

- for wellbeing: against depression, to lift mood, for anxiety;

- in diffusers for air disinfection and refreshing;

Methods of use: in diffusers/evaporators, in massage oils, creams and lotions,…

Special warnings: Phototoxic (avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours). If oxidised, it may irritate the skin. Citrus oils are prone to faster oxidation, so store them in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.

Allergens: limonene, geranial and neral (citral)

Citrus blend for wellbeing

15 drops EO lime

15 drops EO bergamot

15 drops EO grapefruit

Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 5 ml bottle and store in a cool, dark place.

Use: Add a few drops of the blend to a diffuser/evaporator or mix into a homemade cream/lotion. Enjoy the good mood :)
