Keragel - paraffin gel for candles

Clear, paraffin gel, suitable for making candles in glass containers. It softens at approximately 60-70°C and is poured into glass containers at 80-90°C.

Gel candles burn with a significantly brighter flame and up to three times longer than regular paraffin candles. It can be coloured with all oil-soluble dyes, which are mixed in directly before pouring. Essential oils are usually added in amounts of 2 to 5 percent.

Heat the gel in a water bath until it liquefies. Place a wick and decorations as desired in the jar, then pour in the gel, to which you can add fragrances and colour as desired. Carefully pour the liquid gel into the jar so that no air bubbles form.
