Methods of use: inhalations, in evaporators/diffusers, in massage oils, ointments, creams,…

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for varicose veins
15 ml calendula oil (macerate)
15 ml St. John's wort oil (macerate)
8 drops EO cypress
3 drops EO lemon
2 drops EO juniper
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between the palms (mix
well). Add approx. 30 ml of calendula and St. John's wort macerate (or simply olive oil),
seal tightly, label, and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Massage the required amount of the oil blend into the problem area. Repeat 1–3 times
a day.
