Uses:

- for calming and better sleep, against tension;

Special warnings: If oxidised, it may irritate skin. Citrus oils are prone to faster oxidation, so
store in a cool and dark place, tightly sealed.

Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for abdominal and menstrual cramps
5 drops of French lavender EO
5 drops of Roman chamomile EO
3 drops of bergamot EO
2 drops of ylang ylang EO
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 30 ml bottle and rub between the hands (mix
well). Add approx. 30 ml of base cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. almond,
jojoba), seal well, label and store in a cool and dark place.
Use: Massage a few ml of the blend (in the base oil) into the painful area using circular movements. Repeat
several times a day.
