Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for inflammation
25 ml St John's wort macerate
25 ml calendula macerate
6 drops EO Roman chamomile
7 drops EO helichrysum
6 drops EO frankincense boswellia
4 drops EO lavender
Preparation: Drop the essential oils into a dark 50 ml bottle and rub between the palms (mix well). Add the St John's wort and calendula macerates, close tightly, label and store in a cool, dark place.
Use: Apply the blend to the painful area and massage in well. Use 1–3 times daily.
